Xon Howard - Analyst

Xon Howard is an analyst focusing on Impact and Analytics of Relevance Ventures, based in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Prior to joining Relevance Ventures, Xon worked in Wealth Management and Investment Banking. Thereafter, Xon began working in the Data Analytics space first as a Business Intelligence Analyst and then as a Data Analytics Consultant for Federal Government contracts.  In his tenure as a Data Analytics Consultant, Xon built Visualization dashboards, written proposals and led data strategy initiatives. Through his strategic efforts, Xon was able to win a Challenge.gov submission based on building an effective blood drive for the Department of Health and Human Services, which won prize money and notoriety for the consulting firm. Xon is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and then received his MBA from the University of Tennessee – Martin with a concentration in Accounting.
