Kelly Holmes - Entrepreneur in Residence & Tribal Outreach Ambassador

Originally from the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota, Kelly (Mnicoujou Lakota) founded the world’s first and now longest-running Indigenous fashion magazine, Native Max.

In 2024 she co-founded Native Orca Cosmetics and joined Relevance to incubate her cosmetics thesis of bringing to market clean cosmetics infused with traditional Native remedies. She also serves as Relevance’s Tribal Outreach Ambassador and spearheads the firm’s efforts to engage tribes directly in the venture ecosystem.

Kelly is a founding Board Member of the Native American Capital and Investment Alliance (NACIA).
